Our Story

FlavorFlame ignited in May 2024 on Ximen Road in Tainan’s South District, a cozy haven where authentic North Indian cuisine dances with warmth and bold aromas in our restaurant and bar.
Founded by brothers from the vibrant heart of Punjab, Northern India—a land of golden fields, fiery tandoors, and intoxicating spice markets. Raised amid the sizzle of family kitchens, they absorbed generations-old secrets: the earthy whisper of freshly ground cumin and coriander, the smoky kiss of open flames on tender meats, and the creamy embrace of rich dairy in every curry.
Owner mastered his art in India’s luxurious five-star hotels, crafting intricate spice symphonies and perfecting flame-charred techniques that release bursts of flavor. Aron, fueled by passion, joined to bring these soul-stirring tastes to new horizons.
“FlavorFlame” evokes hundreds of scents blooming from roaring flames—the crackle of naan puffing against scorching clay walls, the vibrant reds and golds of daily-ground spices filling the air with warmth. We hand-make our silky paneer and yogurt for cooling lassi, preparing every dish fresh to order, embracing the magic of no shortcuts for that irresistible depth and authenticity.
